Automated removal/loading of parts located on trays to and from production process.
Tray feeder consists of preparation point, point for feeding of entering tray block and point for releasing of exiting tray block, tray displacement to the point of release/feeding, precise positioning of individual series on tray, empty tray displacement to exiting block.
Tray feeder may be equipped with a manipulator for part release/feeding to/from production process.
